The rooms open seven days a week, from 10am to 7.30pm on weekdays, 10am to 7pm on Saturdays and 10.30am to 6.30pm on Sundays, and treatments can be booked directly online. The natural and organic approach that defines the products carries through into the treatments, which favour a gentle, wellbeing-led style over quick fixes.

The menu is unusually wide for a central London treatment room. Massage is central, with Swedish, Thai, hot stone, sports, pregnancy and aromatherapy options, while facials use the brand's Frankincense Intense and Wild Rose ranges. Beyond these sit a full set of holistic therapies including acupuncture, reflexology, reiki, craniosacral therapy and osteopathy, along with baby massage instruction, herbal medicine, nutritional therapy and life coaching.
What to expect on a visit
Expect a calm, practitioner-led appointment rather than a spa with pools and steam rooms, and allow time to browse the shop afterwards for the oils and skincare used in the treatments. Neal's Yard is reached on foot from Monmouth Street or Shorts Gardens, a couple of minutes from Covent Garden station. It is one of the more distinctive spas and beauty salons in Covent Garden; for a conventional salon menu nearby, Covent Garden Beauty on Endell Street is two streets away.

I’ve been a long-time admirer of Neal's Yard Remedies, especially the Frankincense cream range, so it’s disappointing to see the recent change in packaging for the Rejuvenating Frankincense Nourishing and Hydrating creams. The new label looks noticeably cheaper and less refined compared to the previous classic white design. In-store, I genuinely struggled to recognise the product, which is concerning for such an established and trusted line. The original packaging felt premium and aligned with the quality of the cream inside , the new look unfortunately doesn’t reflect that at all. It may seem like a small detail, but packaging plays a big role in customer trust and experience, especially at this price point. At first glance, it almost gives the impression that the formula might have changed, even if it hasn’t. I really hope the brand considers bringing back the original design or refining the current one to better reflect the quality and heritage of the product. Loyal customers do notice these changes and they matter.
Bought 3 products yesterday, and didn’t realise it didn’t come with a proper cap and box for my frankincense intense hand serum ? My hand rub was a used one that wasn’t filled to the brim???
