Hayato London is a Japanese hair salon on Drury Lane, established in 1992 and working to the slogan Simple and Natural. The idea is hair that is easy to style and maintain at home, on the basis that ease of care, the longevity of colour and perms and the manageability of a cut are what let clients enjoy the result long after they leave the chair.

Hayato is an international group with salons in Tokyo and New York as well as London, and the Covent Garden salon is staffed by owners, art directors, directors and associates all trained in its methods. It has been recognised with a Fresha Best in Class award for 2026, marking five consecutive years of that recognition, and sells its own original shampoos and treatments, developed to be gentle on the scalp and matched to individual hair conditions.
