The Form Rooms

The Form Rooms is a meeting and events venue on Tower Street in the Seven Dials corner of Covent Garden, set inside a restored Victorian school building. The venue plays on that heritage, naming its rooms after school blocks and subjects, and pairs the character of the original architecture with a modern fit-out for corporate and creative work.

The rooms are arranged across more than one floor. The ground-floor Humanities Block is naturally lit and has an adjoining conservatory that works as a breakout area, while the lower-ground Science Block is a larger, flexible space with direct access to The Common Room, a set-down zone with casual seating and hot drinks on hand. Further areas include an orangery and a courtyard, and the venue can take a theatre-style session of up to 80 people or a plush boardroom.

Meeting rooms in Seven Dials

The Form Rooms caters for day meetings, brainstorming sessions, training and learning development, product launches, corporate receptions, drinks and networking events, as well as filming and commercial productions. These meeting rooms come with modern AV, on-site events coordinators and catering options, and the venue also runs hybrid events so remote attendees can join the room. The team describes its coordinators as prefects, the go-to people on the day for catering and logistics, while the AV staff make sure the in-house tech works with clients' own devices.

Tower Street sits close to the boundary of Covent Garden and Soho, a few minutes from Leicester Square and Covent Garden stations and the mainline at Charing Cross.
