The Marquess of Anglesey

The Marquess of Anglesey is a Young's pub on Bow Street, moments from Covent Garden station and the Royal Opera House, set across three floors with a rooftop terrace on top. The pub belongs to Young and Co.'s Brewery, and the bar reflects that, with cask ales including Young's Original alongside craft beers, wines and classic cocktails. The kitchen serves a seasonal British menu of pub classics, Sunday roasts, light lunches and sharing plates made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with food served from 11am until 10pm Monday to Saturday and from noon until 9pm on Sunday.

A fully retractable roof and walls let it open up when the sun is out and close over when the weather turns, and a curated spritz menu is served up there through the summer. The ground floor keeps the feel of a traditional pub, the first floor is set up for dining, and the rooftop works for long evenings. Doors open at 10am Monday to Saturday, with late closing at midnight on Friday and Saturday, and the spaces can be booked for private hire.
