This is an official Pandora store, listed on the brand's own store finder, and it offers the services that go with that: engraving in store, Click and Collect, reserve and collect through the My Pandora account, and returns of online orders. A limited assortment of the brand's lab-grown diamond jewellery is also stocked here, which not every Pandora shop carries.

The charm system, which lets a customer build a personalised bracelet over time, is central to the range, alongside collections of everyday and occasion pieces. Pieces are described by the brand as hand-finished and made from ethically sourced materials, so a customer can start with a bracelet and a few charms and come back to add more, marking events or simply changing the look.

The shop opens seven days a week, until 8pm Monday to Saturday, which makes it an easy stop whatever day you are passing. Choosing charms in person is easier than online, and staff can help with personalisation and with matching new charms to an existing bracelet.
